– 1 pound (450g) of frozen hashbrowns, thawed
– 1 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled (can use pork, turkey, or veggie sausage)
– 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup of green onions, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
– 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cooking spray or vegetable oil, for frying
